An independent project

QUOTRON Screener is an independent analytics interface. It is not the official QUOTRONS website and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by QUOTRONS or the token, chain or exchange projects mentioned here. References, names and links identify the subjects of analysis, not a partnership.

Market and historical information

The terminal distinguishes a live market feed from historical analytics. Wallet holdings and PnL describe the displayed historical cutoff, not current balances or guaranteed proceeds. Reference prices are estimates from their stated sources. Preserve source, model and historical labels when sharing cards or screenshots so other people can understand their context.

Information, not a financial service

The interface provides general information. It does not provide personalised investment, legal or tax advice, execute orders, act as a broker, connect a wallet or hold funds. Nothing displayed is a recommendation, solicitation or promise of profit. Verify material facts independently before acting.

Accuracy and availability

Data, calculations and software may contain errors, omissions or delays. A historical figure is not a current balance, and an estimate is not an execution price. Charts, labels and automated checks do not certify a token, contract or counterparty as safe. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or complete coverage. Report an error rather than assuming it is an actionable market signal.

Use the service responsibly

Do not impersonate the operator or another wallet owner, present example PnL as verified performance, bypass access controls, interfere with other users or overload the service. Reasonable security and rate controls may restrict abusive access. Using a link or a wallet label does not establish ownership or identity.

External services and assets

Links to exchanges, explorers and social platforms lead to separate services. Their availability, contracts and terms are outside this interface's control. Token markets can be volatile or illiquid, and third-party contracts can fail. Check the destination and its terms before using it.

The QUOTRON Screener name, original interface and artwork belong to their respective owners or licensors. Third-party names, token artwork, data and software retain their own rights and licences. A reference does not grant permission to impersonate a project or imply its endorsement.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We do not promise to cover losses caused by independent market movements, network fees or failures of third-party services for which we are not responsible. This does not exclude responsibility for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

Updates and disputes

Material changes should be identified with an updated date and appropriate notice. They should not retroactively remove rights relating to earlier events. Contact @oxy_786 first about a problem. These terms do not impose arbitration or waive court rights.
